Great location. Very near to Taipei Main Station.

The room is slightly small.

In my opinion, the hotel’s area is the best area to stay in taipei. It’s bery near the taipei main station, a few blocks from ximending, and very near taipei national museum.

Wonderful room with nearly everything you could want. I like the separate cubicles for toilet/shower, with the open sink in the middle. The reception clerk was so professional and kind, and they had refreshments in the lobby that you could enjoy after a long journey. Prior to check-in, you need to buzz in for security, but afterward you can use your key card. It was quiet inside and I felt very safe. Would have rated it a 10/10 if not for the below.

Preauthorization takes 30 DAYS to drop off the card. After the room is inspected, this should fall off after 7-10 days tops. It's effectively an interest-free loan at 30 days. This information is not listed anywhere in their hotel description or property policies, but shared at check-in.

Good central location. Room was a bit dated but very clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful, especially allowing me to dry clothes after the laundry closed.

Great location , not far from exit Z4 (Taipei main station) This exit is near Taoyuan airport mrt but a little bit far from subway. All staffs are nice and helpful. There are free snack, fruit and coffee.

My room is cold, there’s noticed that air conditioner can’t adjust to heater.

- Cleanliness. But the room will only be cleaned every three days. - The staff is really nice and helpful. She gave us extra blankets since it's quite cold during the night. - Pretty small but nice room with everything you need. - Great location.

- It's freezing during the night but we cannot change the temperature of the air conditioner. No heater and It's really cold. The given blanket is not enough so we had to ask for extra ones.

The staff are all very polite, friendly and helpful! I like that they allow us to take coffe, some fruits and small snacks. The location is amazing good. It is very near Taipei main station, Taipei MRT Station, you can acess to everywhere of Taipei from it. The hot bath is very good. There is 24 hours of Mcdonald, waston and big shopping mall nearby. My overall experience of staying this hotel is very good. The price is valuable, really worth the price. If i have to be picky, the hotel room is a bit small but for this price in the central of Taipei, nothing I should complain.

my room was next to the main road, so you can hear buses late at night, ear plug recommended.

Hotel is really near Taipei Main Station and the room was really clean and bed was comfortable. During night, there were no noise. So we enjoyed a quiet night.

There should be a bathtub in the bathroom, but we only got shower. The Hotel does not serve its own breakfast, they provide only coupons to other places.

I travel alone for leisure. The staff was extremely helpful, willing to assist in every matter. Location is great, just a few walk from metro entrance/exit. A safe hotel to stay.

Some mild strange smell in bathroom, maybe from cleaning chemical. A bit old but good maintenance.

Courtesy of staff, proximity to main train station. Good choice of breakfast locations in the hotel surrondings. 100% met my expectations. Will certainly come back.

having windows, room is bright！ tidy! but just one pillow for each bed is not good enough ! we check in late at night, need to go down to the counter to get an extra one for my 80 years old mom. But staff are helpful !

Location is ideal, 10 minutes walk to underground mall, subway, Taipei Train Station, Airport Express, Liberty Square, Presidential Palace. Facility is very clean, modern, well managed, and the front desk is extremely friendly and very helpful. Will stay here again.

It would be better if there is a small corner shelf in the shower.

Me and my friends stayed in this hotel for 6 nights. The location is excellent. Walking distance to all transportation, metro main station, train station, bus station and the airport rail terminal. Shopping is so convenient, all around the hotel, the metro underground shopping, the Xi Men Ting Night market are nearby. Also lots of eateries and souvenirs shops around. The lobby is on the 3rd Floor of the building but no fear as there is an elevator. The staff are friendly and helpful and they could speak some English. But there is one particular lady staff wearing spectacles (forgot her name) who is especially helpful. She helped us with the laundry and dryer and also inform us that the hotel provide coffee and tea whole day and we can have a fruit from the basket too. When I told her that we will leave early to the airport on our last day, she specifically made arrangement for our breakfast to be delivered to the hotel before our departure. On the morning when we checked out, sure enough the breakfast was there ready for us. I would like to thank her for her kind help and thoughtfulness. Breakfast is included in our rooms but they come in the form of vouchers and we have a choice of 3 outlets, all of which are relatively good. Some rooms are big but our double room is pretty small. It is ok for us as long as it is clean and smells good. The sheets and towels are white and clean even the floor mat is white. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. One issue is the glass panel of the en suite is not opaque, no privacy. Most of the necessary amenities are provided. They clean our room, made our bed and replenish all the necessary amenities everyday. Although we find the rates a little pricey, but we are very satisfied with our stay in this hotel. Will definitely recommend Orange Hotel - GuanQian to our friends and relatives.

Convenient location.

The a/c outlet generates strong air flow towards the headboard which creates discomfort. I need to turn off the a/c unit or else I could not sleep well!

The staff are really nice. Good location close to MRT main station.

the breakfast coupon from the hotel cannot be used at cafe dante which is one of the restaurant that hotel said we can have breakfast.
